No Brainer, has bolstered its team with two new hires and a number of promotions.
Andy Colman, 31, joins the team with a Master’s degree in digital marketing and a host of experience working with consumer brands such as Signature Living and V1BE Fitness. Danny McIver, 23, also joins the agency’s ranks having recently graduated with a First in media production and a Master’s degree in public relations.
The four-year-old agency is now 13 strong, with the new team members working across a range of services, supporting on clients including HomeServe, Sale Sharks, Appreciate Group, Cash Converters and MBNA.
To support the company’s growth plans, four existing members of the No Brainer team have received promotions, reinforcing the agency’s commitment for nurturing talent from within. Michelle Turner has joined the senior leadership team after being promoted to Account Director.
In addition, Melissa Phillips has taken on further responsibilities to support agency’s business strategy and has been promoted to Head of Operations and Projects. Emily Craig and Anna Williams have both been promoted to Account Managers.
Co-founder, Gary Jenkins will take on the new position of Managing Director, leading on No Brainer’s ambitious business development plans, and fellow co-founder, Lee Cullen will head up the agency’s growing client roster under the new role of Client Director.
